REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your digital product purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund within 2 working days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the digital product directly from us and have not downloaded, accessed, or used the product. If you have downloaded, accessed, or used the product, we are unable to provide a refund.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at Asalewaydl@gmail.com and provide us with your order receipt and a brief explanation for the refund request. We will review your request and respond to you within 7 working days with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the refund policy is being abused or if we have reason to believe that you are not using the refund policy in good faith.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and credit your original method of payment within 14 working days.
